beBold may also permit authorized retailers, resellers, agencies, partners, affiliates, or clients to white label certain beBold products, platforms, software, mobile app solutions, AI tools, lead generation tools, automation systems, CRM-related tools, or related technology under their own brand names.

When you use a white-labeled or third-party-powered product or service, your information may be collected, processed, stored, transmitted, or accessed by beBold, our authorized partners, and/or the third-party providers that help operate, host, support, or deliver the technology.

These third-party providers may process information such as account data, customer data, lead data, usage data, device data, analytics data, communications data, payment data, technical logs, and other information necessary to provide the applicable services.

If you access beBold technology through an authorized retailer, reseller, agency, partner, affiliate, or white-label provider, that party may have its own privacy policy and may independently collect, use, disclose, or process your information. beBold is not responsible for the independent privacy practices of third-party retailers, resellers, agencies, partners, affiliates, or clients who operate their own businesses or customer relationships.

AI-generated or automated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, or unsuitable for certain purposes. You are responsible for reviewing, verifying, and approving AI-generated content, recommendations, communications, or outputs before relying on them or using them externally.

We do not use AI tools to make legally or similarly significant decisions about consumers without appropriate notice and safeguards where required by law.
